APPLICATION The application is for all students who wish to enroll in classes at ESL Instruction & Consulting. For students that do require a student visa, please visit our I-20 page for important information and requirements regarding your application. TRANSFER LETTER The transfer letter is for students who are currently in the U.S. on a student visa other than one from ESL Instruction & Consulting, Inc. and would like to transfer to our school to continue their study. ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT After submitting or printing an application, please open, read and sign the enrollment agreement below. You must do this before sending any payments to the school. Afterwards, someone from the school will contact you as quickly as possible about coming in for a placement test so that we can determine which classes would be best for you. If you have not heard back after one week, then we probably can not reach you with the information that you provided. Please Contact Us so that we may continue with your registration. CHANGE OF STATUS Click here to link directly to the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) website for form I-539 and all the instructions that go with it. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open form I-539. See link below.
