ESL Instruction & Consulting, Inc. is a private English as a second language school for adults serving the academic international community. It is our belief that the business decisions of the school should be based primarily on educational rather than business principles, that the school should be student-centered, and that the classes should be taught entirely in the target language. These beliefs form the basis of our guiding philosophy.

OUR GOALS ARE:

1. to provide a quality English language program to the international community at an affordable price;

2. to limit classes to small groups of no more than 10 students in order to give students the speaking opportunities they need for adequate practice and to allow them the individual attention and feedback they need from the instructor;

3. to maintain professional standards of our staff by requiring a minimum of a Master's degree in a related field of all instructors;

4. to listen to our students and to the businesses in the community and to give them the types of classes they express a need and/or a desire for;

5. to listen to our instructors and allow them to participate in the decisions of the school;

6. to provide a friendly and helpful atmosphere for students and teachers;

7. to provide a flexible and convenient schedule for students including, day and evening classes.
